Senate respects the will of the House (despite the Senate’s own dangerous thinking)

Following yesterday’s post Choose Love and Patience I am of course relieved that the Senate will cease blocking the passage of Bill C-14 with its original intentions to protect vulnerable citizens from having their lives ended for reasons other than a foreseeable natural death.

Why they are doing so with such reluctance is nevertheless very disturbing. But for now we can all enjoy a bit of respite from worrying about what might happen if the bill was not passed without removing this fundamental protection.
